Outpost Warrenton has three micro-retail spaces built for small entrepreneurs who need a real storefront without the overhead, or the risk, of a full-size commercial lease. Each space is 130 square feet, right in the flow of foot traffic from the apartments, the cafe, and Frolic & Lark.
We're looking for retail concepts that bring something people want to walk into, independent bookstores, a game shop, a florist, specialty goods, local makers. The kind of small, distinct businesses that give a place its character. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
Why Micro-Retail:
130 sq ft storefronts — sized to get started without taking on more space (or rent) than you need
Flexible leases — terms built around helping a new business find its footing, not locking you into something oversized
Built-in foot traffic — situated alongside the cafe, Frolic & Lark, and apartments
Part of something bigger — you're not opening alone; you're joining a small community of local, independent businesses
Who we're looking for: Independent bookstores, game shops, florists, gift and specialty shops, and similar retail concepts with a clear point of view. If you've got an idea and aren't sure it fits, reach out and let's talk!
